How do I place an order? 
All orders are processed on our webstore www.kingsofthecourtph.com, our LazMall or Shopee Mall. Simply add to cart your selected item/s then proceed to checkout.

What is your mode of payment?
All our webstores accept major debit & credit cards and GCash. In addition, our webstore www.kingsofthecourtph.com accepts direct bank transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in our LazMall and Shopee Mall.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we do ship nationwide through our partner couriers (Lazada, J&T Express, Gogo Xpress, LBC, DHL).

For hassle-free delivery, make sure to correctly input your delivery & contact information, and make arrangements if you will be unavailable to receive on the day of delivery.

What is your sizing?
Our shirts are standard sizing for men, but fits perfectly on anyone as long as you know the right size. To see our size chart and how they fit, simply click on our story highlight “Size Guide”.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping time depends on which platform you placed an order. But generally, shipping does not take more than 3-7 days (Metro Manila), and 4-14 days (Provincial).

What is your policy on returns & refunds?
Policies vary where on which platform you placed your order. But in summary, we only accept returns & refunds if we shipped the wrong product/design/size, if there is clear damage, or if the item is significantly different from the description provided.

Preference or change of mind is not eligible. Likewise, we shall not be accountable for an item being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied to us, or for the inability of Buyer to receive the package on the day specified that it should be delivered.
